If you have
any doubts about the size of the painting, we offer you an accurate
representation of the artwork on your wall. Just send us a picture of your
desired wall, and which artwork you would like to see on the wall to info@hhsgalleryprints.com
Returns:
Measure carefully at home before ordering. Since these images are printed
through a print-on-demand company & we cannot keep inventory returns will
only be accepted in certain cases.

return is accepted, you must find a shipping company as well as pay for the
return shipping on your own and send it to:
You must of course return the box and the work in whole condition. Please make sure it is well wrapped when returning it. I recommend that you save the box and the plastic that the work is wrapped in upon receipt, then you can easily reuse this upon return. However, if the product is damaged, you must photograph the damage & send the images to info@hhsgalleryprints.com within 24 hours to receive a new item.

Once we have received the product and it is all good we will make the
refund and you will receive a full refund for the product - but minus the
delivery charge. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, that the price for the return postage can be higher than the price
that you paid to have the product shipped to you. That's because our shipping price is often higher than the one you actually paid.
Unclaimed Package Storage Fee:
If you are unable to claim your package on the designated delivery date, a
storage fee of DKK 450 will be applied. This fee is intended
to cover the costs associated with holding your package securely in our
facilities until it can be claimed by you.Additional Shipping Fee:
In the event that
your package remains unclaimed, and the storage fee is applied, you will also
be liable to pay an additional shipping fee for the rescheduled delivery of
your order. This fee is necessary to cover the costs of reprocessing and
reshipping your package to ensure it reaches you promptly.
Forfeiture of Payment:
If your package is returned to us due to repeated unsuccessful delivery
attempts or other reasons beyond our control, and you choose not to pay the
storage fee and additional shipping fee, your original payment for the order
will be forfeited. We regret that we will not be able to provide a refund in
this situation, as we have fulfilled our responsibility to ship the product as
per your initial order.
